This website, pattiep.com, is run by Pattie Philibosian, a real estate agent with eXp Realty of Northern California, Inc. (DRE #02091279). This page explains what information is collected here and how it is used.
What we collect
When you send a message through the form on this site, we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message. We also note whether you gave permission to be called or texted.
Ads and the Meta Pixel. Our property pages use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram). It notes visits to those pages so we can show ads about our listings to people who visited and see whether our ads work. Meta may use cookies and receive details such as your browser, device and the pages you viewed. You can change your ad settings in Facebook or Instagram, or block cookies in your browser. The site's host may also keep standard technical logs, such as your browser type and the time of your visit.
How we use it
We use your information only to answer you and to help with your real estate questions. Your message is delivered to Pattie Philibosian by email through a form service (Web3Forms) and may be saved in her client contact system. We only call or text you if you gave permission, and you can reply STOP to any text to opt out.
What we don't do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone else, except service providers that help deliver and store your messages, or when the law requires it.
Under California law, using the Meta Pixel for ads may count as "sharing" your information. To opt out, email pattie.philibosian@exprealty.com or call 415.897.4774.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. To make a request, email pattie.philibosian@exprealty.com or call 415.897.4774.
